Why join Evolve Pilates? 2020-02-11T10:02:34+00:00

Here at Evolve you get a much more personal service than you get from other pilates studios. There are only 6 in our reformer classes and this means that your technique is monitored and position corrected to make sure you get the most out of the class.

What services are on offer in Evolve? 2020-02-11T10:02:45+00:00

Here at Evolve we offer reformer classes of all levels. Level one is for beginners and people who are looking for a gentler workout. Level two is a little harder and pushes you to improve physical fitness and flexibility and level 3 is advanced for people who have attended level 2 regularly for sometime. For a more intense workout we offer an ultimate conditioning class also.

We also offer one on one training, if you are recovering from an injury, it is recommended you have some one on one sessions with Paudie so he can assess your needs and transition you into the appropriate reformer class.

And for those sore muscles after training we also offer deep tissue and sports massage to help keep you supple and feeling relaxed.

How do I get started? 2020-02-11T10:10:42+00:00

We recommend you purchase our intro pack. This entitles you to 7 classes. Start by booking into a level 1 class. If you have attended a reformer class elsewhere and are unsure what level class to book in to, just give us a call or email us, we’d be happy to help.

How do I purchase classes? 2020-02-11T10:02:58+00:00

The easiest way to purchase class packs is online here or by using the Mind Body App.

What should I wear? 2020-02-11T10:03:06+00:00

We hope you’ll get a good workout in the class and therefore are likely to work up a sweat so we recommend you wear workout clothes that allow you to move. You also need to have socks with grips on the soles for safety reasons and these are available for sale in the studio.

What is your cancellation policy? 2020-02-11T10:03:14+00:00

Cancellation more than 12 hrs before your class will incur no charge. As there are only 6 reformers and demand is high, cancelling less than 12 hours prior to your class will mean that you are charged and the class will be taken from your pack.

Class Etiquette 2020-02-11T10:03:20+00:00

We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before your class starts to check in and get comfortable on your reformer. It is a requirement that you wear socks with grips which you can purchase in the studio, this is for your safety so your feet don’t slip. We also recommend you wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. We ask that you put your phone on silent and leave it outside the studio.

If you can’t attend a class you have booked, please try and cancel ahead of time so that another client on the waitlist can have your spot. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your class then you will still be charged for the class.

Does my pack have an expiry date? 2020-02-11T10:03:28+00:00

Intro pack – 1 month
5 pack- 2 months
10 pack – 4 months
20 pack – 6 months
