Here at Evolve Pilates we offer one to one training on the reformer. This provides the clients with a chance to discuss any issues and for Paudie to do a full assessment of your needs. We would recommend anyone who is a little nervous and hasn’t tried reformer before to have some personal training prior to entering a class. It is also ideal for people who are returning to fitness after an injury, a personal training session will help us to understand your limitations and particular issues.
We also recommend anyone who has been sent by their GP or physiotherapist with a particular issue like low back pain, sciatica or disc issues to attend for some 1:1 training to get you used to the reformer. It is also ideal for women who are keen to get back in shape after pregnancy as often core strength is reduced due to all the changes your body goes through during pregnancy.
During a personal training session we will perform a detailed consultation prior to the session and help you to get the most out of the reformer for you.
