Reformer Pilates is currently the most popular form of pilates and with good reason! It uses the same techniques and principles of mat pilates but employs the use of a reformer. The reformer is a unique piece of equipment which provides resistance and support to really enhance your workout while remaining low impact on the joints.

Level 1 is for beginners. In level 1 you’ll get a low impact workout where our highly experienced instructors will teach you the correct technique and correct your alignment and posture. Level 2 is for people who have completed their introduction pack of classes and are ready to move on to a more difficult workout. You will be pushed harder in this class, improving your technique and strength. When you have completed a number of level 2 classes and built up your strength and flexibility you can move on to level 3. This class will push you to your limits. If you are recovering from an injury, it is advised that you arrange a one to one session so we can adequately assess your needs and limitations.
